Presentation Formats

Southern California (Costa Mesa): Live presentation. Speakers will be available for questions and comments after each presentation.

Northern California (Santa Clara): Entire seven-day presentation will be the prerecorded video of the Southern California live presentation. Judge Thomas Trent Lewis will be conducting the afternoon review on June 27th (practice exam day) and will be available for questions and comments.



	HOURS All registrants should be at the seminar by 7:30 a.m. to complete registration and receive course materials. The formal course begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. each day. Psych & Counseling Days Only 8:00 a.m Registration; 9:00 a.m. Presentation.
	REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION Confirmation of your registration will be sent. Please retain a copy of your order for your records. If you do not preregister, be sure to call to confirm that space is still available and there are no changes in location or times.
	SPECIAL RATES ON ROOMS IMPORTANT: Although hotels block rooms at a special rate, these rooms & rates may no longer be available within one month of the seminar. RESERVE EARLY!
	REGISTRATION RULE THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS Advance Registration must be received by 5 p.m. on the dates noted. Any attendee making a payment after noted deadline dates will be considered an at-door registrant. Please be sure to sign up early to avoid the extra fee.
	REGISTRATION FEES REFUNDS 80% refund with written cancellation notice postmarked 10 days prior to start of seminar you selected. No refunds thereafter. ADDITIONAL FEES Additional registration fees will be added to the base fee: • $100 for split registration • $50 for each change of location
