	HOURS All registrants attending live sessions should be at the seminar by 8:00 a.m. to complete registration and receive course materials. The formal course begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. There will be time for questions at the end of each day's session. For the Lake Tahoe program, registration is at 7:00 a.m. and the course begins promptly at 8:00 a.m.
	REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION Confirmation of your registration will be sent. Retain a copy of your completed registration form. If you do not preregister, be sure to call to confirm space is still available, and that there are no changes in location or times.
	SPECIAL RATES ON ROOMS IMPORTANT: Although hotels block rooms at a special rate, these rooms & rates may no longer be available within one month of the seminar. RESERVE EARLY!
	REGISTRATION DEADLINES THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS • Early Bird registration must be received by December 30, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. • Advance Registration must be received by 5:00 p.m. on dates noted. • Any attendee making a payment after noted deadline dates will be considered an at-door registrant. Please be sure to sign up early to avoid the extra fee.
	REGISTRATION FEES REFUNDS 80% refund with written cancellation notice postmarked 10 days prior to start of seminar you selected. No refunds thereafter. ADDITIONAL FEES The following additional registration fees will be billed to registrants upon request for each service: • Split registration: $75 • Each change in location: $50
