CFLR is proud to present the 37th annual Family Law Refresher Course (FLRC), providing current case law and statutory review, in-depth analysis of trends in family law, strategic planning, and best practice tips. The 2018 course will review the top cases from 2017 as well as important new legislation. Hot topics for 2018 include bonus income, military disability pay, retirement plans, and sanctions. The program consists of one day (6 hours) of live presentation, plus 5 hours of on-demand video lectures. Enrollees can select to receive printed course materials OR course materials on a USB drive, which allows you to save them to your hard drive and take notes directly next to the material covered. 11 Hours MCLE/Specialization Credit
Approval of specialization credit in Family Law has been granted by the California Board of Legal Specialization, and approval of MCLE credit for this activity has been granted by the State Bar of California in the amount of 11 hours, including 1.5 hours of Legal Ethics and 1 hour of Elimination of Bias. FLRC attendees who need Psychology and Counseling BLS credit will be given free access to view online the Psychology and Counseling Aspects of Family Law program from the 2017 Advanced Family Law Course.
